We accept all major credit or debit cards through Paypal. You can use your credit or debit card to make payments through Paypal without having a Paypal account.
Dry products, Coffee and Tea. Store in a cool, dry area, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Food will be packed in ice gel cooler and delivered in insulated packaging.
We do not accept returns on food items. We accept returns and exchanges of unused dry items (coffee, tea, candles) within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an e-mail to info@muya.co.uk.

We aim to dispatch products within 48 hours of receiving your order. We use Royal Mail (Second Class) for all our orders. Royal Mail aims to deliver with in three day but this can take up to 5 working days. If you still haven’t received your delivery after 5 working days, please email us on info@muya.co.uk.
We currently only deliver fresh food to London postal addresses, other products within the UK mainland. We charge £6.00 for fresh food delivery and £3.95 for other products. For purchases over £60, delivery is free of charge.
Spices kits will be neatly packed in polythene bags, well-sealed with a sealing machine. Infused ghee will be packed in small airtight storage containers. We want to provide our customers with a packaging solution that will protect their product and maintain the shelf life of the product whilst causing the least possible amount of impact to the planet. We use recyclable and recycled packaging materials wherever possible.
