Berbere Cooking Paste
Extremely versatile and simple to use, home cooked in small batches with natural ingredients, ready-to-use berebere cooking paste.
Perfect for frying, roasting, stew, as a rub, or simply on its own. Add 2/3 tbsp of the paste with your choice of vegetables, protein, or legumes, and gradually add hot water until you reach desired thickness. Simmer for 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
